Rachel Schmidt is an emerging Canadian filmmaker with an extensive background in communications, social and environmental activism, teaching and international fieldwork. She has crossed the continent many times to learn about and report on the issues that people are facing around the the world. Her goal is to create media that contributes to a new world where everyone has equal rights and opportunities.
Rachel's technical training is up to date in the field of digital film and
multi-media productions, she is currently pursuing her MA in Communications
and busy writing and producing several of the projects she works on.
